01 / The identity

Two digits.
Two rules.

The name sits between two fine rules, like a figure in a ledger. The 40 is the signature. It stands on its own wherever space is tight.

Clear space

Keep a margin equal to the height of the 40 on every side. Nothing enters it.

Leave it alone

  • Do not recolour the wordmark outside navy, paper or white.
  • Do not remove or shorten the two rules.
  • Do not set the name in another typeface.
  • Do not add effects, outlines or shadows.
  • Do not stretch, rotate or condense.
  • Do not place it on busy imagery without a navy ground.
02 / The colour

Navy is
the whole statement.

One colour family, used with restraint. Midnight navy carries the brand. Paper and white give the numbers room. The slate tint is for second lines and nothing louder.

The navy scale

Light enough for a background. Deep enough to lead.

Click any colour to copy its hex.

03 / The type

One typeface.
No decoration.

Helvetica Neue, everywhere. Medium for headlines, Regular for reading, small tracked capitals for labels and buttons.

Plain words.
Clear meaning.

We write the way a senior consultant talks to a client: simple, direct, and easy to follow. Say what we do, how we do it, and what changes for the client.

01

Say the number.

Lead with the result and how we got it. Leaders want to see the figure before they read the adjectives.

We saySpeed-to-lead went from hours to seconds.
We don'tSupercharge your pipeline with cutting-edge AI.
02

Say what it is.

Name the service and what it does for the client. A reader should understand any line the first time, with no wordplay to decode.

We sayWe build AI agents that handle support, research, and admin work.
We don'tAgents that finish the job.
03

Plain over clever.

Short sentences in everyday words. If a reader has to ask what a phrase means, we rewrite it. No em dashes, hype words or exclamation marks.

We sayA live view of every truck and every litre of fuel.
We don'tUnlock end-to-end visibility across your entire fleet.
05 / Photography

Real work.
Real light.

We show the businesses we build for, at work: owners, teams, ledgers, phones and laptops. Natural light and warm shadows, graded toward navy so every photo belongs to the same family.

We use
  • Real people doing real work: owners, teams, hands on phones, laptops and ledgers.
  • Natural light with deep, warm shadows. Calm, never staged.
  • African businesses and settings first. These are the people we build for.
  • Every photo gets the navy grade: colour reduced by 20%, with a 14% navy layer.
We avoid
  • Robots, glowing brains, circuit boards or blue "AI" light effects.
  • Posed stock smiles straight at the camera.
  • Bright neon colours, heavy filters or busy backgrounds behind text.
  • Text placed on a photo without the navy gradient behind it.

Type on photos

Put a navy gradient under any text: solid navy at the bottom, fading to clear about three quarters of the way up. Headline in white, second line in the tint, wordmark top left. Faces and hands stay clear of the text.

06 / Social media

One message.
One post.

Every post uses the same parts: the wordmark top left, a small capital label, a two-line headline and the web address. Change the photo and the words, never the layout.

read like a result.

09 / The pattern

The grid.
And the line that rises.

A fine ledger grid with a single rising line. It sits behind covers, slides and the website hero, and it never competes with the type.
